ALL CARDIOVASCULAR TREATMENT AND SURGERIES UNDER ONE ROOF

Coronary angiography

Coronary angiography is a type of procedure used to check the flow in the arteries of the heart. A special dye is injected into the heart and an x-ray image is taken to view the organs and blood vessels of the body.

Peripheral angiography

Peripheral angiography is a test used to check the blockage of the arteries and this test helps the doctor to find the supply of blood in one or more arteries to the legs, feeds, and arms.

Peripheral angioplasty

Peripheral angioplasty is a procedure that helps to open the narrowed or blocked arteries of the arms or legs. A balloon is pressed inside the wall of the artery to open the arteries and improve the flow of blood.

Trans thoracic echocardiography (TTE)

A Trans thoracic echocardiography gives you an overall view of your heart health by moving a small instrument called a transducer and this transducer records the sound wave echoes from your heart.

Coronary angioplasty (advanced radial route)

Angioplasty is not a major surgery it is a procedure in which a  thin flexible tube called a catheter will be injected into one of your arteries that will clean the blocked blood vessels that supply blood to your heart.

Permanent pacemaker (single and double chamber)

A permanent pacemaker is basically a device that is placed in your body that helps the heart to beat in a regular rhythm and prevents you from diseases that can be dangerous for you.

Automatic cardiac defibrillator (AICD)

An automatic Cardiac Defibrillator is a device that is used to measure abnormal heartbeats such as any life-threatening changes and rapid heartbeat. This abnormal heartbeat is also known as arrhythmia.

Cardiac resynchronisation therapy (CRT-D)

Cardiac resynchronization therapy is basically a procedure in which a device is used known as a biventricular pacemaker. The device delivers the small electrical pulses to the left and right ventricles to help them contrast in a coordinated way, which improves the pumping of the blood and helps to treat the heartbeat in a right rhythm.

Balloon valvotomy/ ballooning ( BMV, BPV etc )

Balloon valvotomy is also known as balloon valvuloplasty or balloon valvotomy. It is a surgical procedure used to open up stenotic or stiffed heart values which helps to improve the blood flow through the heart values.

Treatment of heart holes

Treatment of heart holes can be done without surgery and if a child is diagnosed with the same disease called atrial septal defect, a heart specialist may want to monitor it for a while to see if the hole closes on its own.

Cardiac Cath study

A Cardiac Cath study is basically a study that is done to understand the function of the heart and it helps the doctor to diagnose the diseases of your heart and its vessels.

Temporary pacemaker

A temporary pacemaker is used in patients for a temporary purpose when there is a change in heart rate during surgery, heart attack, or other issues.

Stress Treadmill test (TMT)

A stress treadmill test is also known as an exercise test that is used to determine how the heart works during physical activity. This test allows your doctor to see the abnormal heart rhythms and how the blood is flowing into the heart.

Heart bypass surgery

Heart bypass surgery is basically used to measure or improve the flow of blood into the heart. When the heart arteries are clogged or damaged, this procedure is used. It can mainly perform in the case of emergencies such as heart attack or heart failure if the patient is not responding to the other treatments.

Heart valve replacement surgery

Heart valve replacement surgery is a major surgery in which a replacement of a damaged heart valve is done. In this procedure, surgeons insert a catheter into the leg or chest and indicate it to the heart.

Heart repair surgeries

Heart repair surgery is done when at least one of the four heart valves does not work properly. In this surgery a heart surgeon repairs or replaces the valve or valves  which does not work properly.

Open heart surgeries

In open heart surgery, the chest is cut down and surgery is basically performed on the muscle of the chest. It can treat heart problems such as heart failure, arrhythmias, and other coronary artery diseases.

Embolectomy

Embolectomy is a type of open heart surgery that helps to remove the blood clot from the arteries or veins of the heart because when the blood clots occur inside the arteries or veins they will not always dissolve on its own.

Pericardiocentesis

Pericardiocentesis is a procedure used to remove the fluid that has built up in the sac around the heart. This procedure is done by using a smaller catheter tube remove the excess fluid from the pericardium

Trans esophageal echocardiography (TEE)

Transesophageal Echocardiography is a type of echo test that uses sound waves to create a picture of the heart. This test is used to know the structure and functions of the heart.

Dobutamine stress echocardiography (DSE)

Dobutamine stress echocardiography is a test that is used for the patients who is not able to exercise. When dobutamine is injected into a vein, the heart beats more quickly.
